Thank you! I start with making a screencap in Second Life (for the poses, basic faces and general look) and then touch it up heavily in Photoshop - there's quite a lot of hand painting involved. (Might add that I also 3d sculpted the bow ties myself and imported them into SL, since the ones I could find there didn't have the right look...)
