I'm not sure if it's commonly known here that the Character "Harriet Makepeace" played by Glynis Barber in TV-Series "Dempsey and Makepeace" is wearing both ties and bowties in some episodes.

Thanks for the info. I have seen some threads in this forum that refer to the "Dempsey and Makepeace" TV series. As far as I know, she wears ties in only a handful number of episodes. Am I correct?

Yes she mostly wears bowties.
