There is a well dressed interviewer in this German comedy. In English it would be "Sex strike".
The women in a small village start a sex strike to protest against a garbage facility in their town.

I have not found any option on the administration panel to stop this so far but I will investigate a little bit more Crying or Very sad
In the meantime please refer to the workaround mike828described above.
