Thank you toto! After reading your post I decided to Google Yolanthe Sneijder-Cabau and check out some of the TV series she had appeared in, to see if I could find that scene.

Tonight I was finally able to find out that the scene is taken from an episode of the Dutch soap opera Onderweg naar morgen. Yolanthe had the role of Julia Branca from 2005 to 2008, and this particular episode was broadcast on November 28, 2007.

The scene starts at 11:40. Right before that, there is another brief scene at 11:10 of Yolanthe in the suit and tie, where she wears her hair down.
