Broadway thru a keyhole

This old and hard-to-find movie has Constance Cummings and other girls in tails, as evidenced by these pictures (appearently even shows them tying their ties on, judging from the second pic). Anyone have or know where to find the actual film?

Here is the full movie, unfortunately the quality is not very good, but it is still wonderful to see the ladies wearing proper collarless, starched front shirts and detachable collars.
Plus, these are shirts that button up the back.

This has been featured in online promotional material for the movie, but I couldn't find this moment actually happening within the movie itself. Either this moment didn't make the movie's final cut, or the YouTube upload cut it out for some reason.
