Seems like it only needed fixing as she messed it up in the first place

Well not really as she didn't tie it for him before the dinner scene. I believe she's doing it as a sign of pride in Troy's achievement, though I'm open to correction

There's a scene in The Holiday (2006 I think) towards the end where Kate Winslet is tightening one of the male characters's ties, only problem is you can't see her doing it, just her hand
