Need Help finding Bollywood girl in tie

Hi guys, 

I remember some time ago, some where (I don't remember) I watched a bollywood movie. The main actresses for some reasons did not wanted to be resemble like a woman, so she decided to wear shirt and tie as her outfit for the work (a business woman) ... she tired various beautiful ties ... but unfortunately I can neither recall the movie title, nor actress name, and nor where I watched it
