Truly gorgeous and solemn! Is that Italian policewoman uniform?

The Traje Academico from Portugal is one of my favorites (of course there're many more others). The Portuguese students are having the Queimas das Fitas (like some sort of graduation celebration) and there will be a big chunk of fresh photos uploaded to Instagram in these days.

Hard to beat either a British Royal Navy uniform (Wrens) or the Carabinieri. Both awesome.
