Skirt - does not have to be super short or anything, although short is fine.
Dress - also quite like seeing shirt and tie underneath a smart formal dress, particularly with a deep v-neck shape at front of dress. And can't go wrong with a smart office style pinafore dress, that is always a good look for me.
