I'd say America and, after that, Japan.  Russia and Germany used to be good.  Not sure now

I'd cross the UK off now.  Mostly clip ons and even they are getting rare.

Living in Germany I am surprised by your choice Laughing

I remember a few hotel receptionists (in particular in 5* league), some police women and sometimes the staff on board of trains.
Furthermore some appearances by actresses, singers, etc. on TV.
