Robin Scherbastsky Jr. Part IV

After dating for over a year, Jack proposed to Robin, and she accepted.  Several months later, the big day arrived.  Jack and Robin Sr. were wearing black tuxedos, as was Jack's son Stephen.  Meanwhile, there was the question of what Robin Jr., Katie, and their mother Genevieve would be wearing- dresses or tuxedos.

As Jack and Stephen (who was serving as the best man) waited for the ceremony to begin, they saw Genevieve being escorted down the aisle by one of the ushers.  She was wearing a black tuxedo with a purple bow tie.

"Well if she's wearing a tuxedo, then Robin and Katie will probably be wearing tuxedos too"  Jack thought to himself.

Soon Katie (who was the maid of honor) was walking down the aisle wearing a black tuxedo, black boots, and a pink bow tie.

Then Robin Jr. was walking down the aisle with her father.  She was wearing a white tuxedo, white oxfords, and a white bow tie.  Jack was quite impressed.  Robin Jr. had been raised as a boy, but she was 100% woman, and now she would be his wife and Stephen's stepmother.

The next thing he knew they were exchanging rings, followed by them being pronounced husband and wife, and the wedding kiss.  Everyone applauded as they headed to the reception area.

The wedding reception was spectacular- good food (including the cake), good drinks, and excellent music.  Robin Jr. couldn't wait to dance with Jack, but she knew she had to have the traditional dance with her father.  And she knew she should dance with Stephen as well.  Being a stepmom was a big leap, especially since it took a while for Stephen to warm up to her.

Both dances went well.  And then it was time for her to dance with Jack.  Both of them walked to the center of the room, and they began to slow dance.  

"I love you Jack" Robin said.

"And I love you Robin"  Jack replied.

They kissed each other as they continued to dance.  Afterwards, another slow song was playing, and they continued to dance.  Other people then headed to the dance floor and began slow dancing as well, including Robin's parents.  As Robin and Jack continued to dance, they noticed Katie slow dancing with Stephen.  Robin smiled at them, and then passionately kissed Jack.

It was a night to remember.

They would soon be on their honeymoon, and would have a wonderful time.
